St. Joseph uses criteria set by the Diocese of Lansing for student learning objectives. 

Diocese Curriculum

Teachers monitor students progress through
- classroom assessments (testing)
- benchmark achievements on Moby Max and Raz Kids educational computer programs
- NWEA Testing

Goals are then set for each student to ensure academic growth.
